Coffee or Tea Community Guidelines:

In private conversations, ensure that all parties involved are comfortable with the content, and always prioritize consent.

Sharing sensitive data like bank account numbers and email passwords is strictly prohibited. Do not request personal details from other users or engage in risky financial transactions.

1.3 No Violent Content:

Coffee or Tea promotes a positive and respectful environment. We strictly prohibit any violent content, including gore, death, depictions of violent acts (towards humans or animals), use of weapons, and any content that advocates or glorifies self-harm.

1.4 Build Personal Connections:

Coffee or Tea is intended for personal connections, not for business or promotional purposes. Avoid using the platform to advertise, promote social media accounts, sell products, fundraise, or campaign. Any form of sex work, escort services, or compensated relationships is also prohibited.

1.5 Authenticity:

Be yourself. Do not create fake accounts or impersonate others for any reason, even for fun.

1.6 Respectful Communication:

Treat other users with respect and kindness. If a conversation takes an unexpected negative turn, take a moment to reflect before responding. Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, doxing, sextortion, blackmail, or any behavior intended to cause harm is not tolerated.

1.7 No Hate:

Coffee or Tea is not a platform for hate or discrimination. We stand against racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence based on a person's identity, appearance, or characteristics, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, or sexual orientation. Any instance of harassment, hate speech, bullying or violence will result in your account being terminated immediately. This is a non-negotiable condition that all users of our platform must abide by. If you experience any such behaviour from other users on our app, report the profile to us immediately and we will take action within 24 hours.

1.8 Lead with Kindness:

Any acts or behavior that suggest, intend, or cause harm to another member, whether online or offline, physically or digitally, will be taken seriously. This includes any call for or incitement of harm.

1.9 Safety and Reporting

If you experience harm from another user, prioritize your well-being and consider taking appropriate measures for healing, including reporting the issue to us. We are here to support you. As a member of the Coffee or Tea community, we encourage you to report any user who violates our Community Guidelines. Your reports are confidential and can help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours by the administrators of the app.

1.10 Adults Only:

Coffee or Tea is only for users aged 18 years or older. Do not post photos of unaccompanied or unclothed minors, including pictures of your younger self.

1.11 Compliance with the Law:

Using Coffee or Tea for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes buying or selling drugs, counterfeit goods, or engaging in activities that break the law, especially those involving minors or human trafficking.

1.12 One Account per User:

Each Coffee or Tea account must have a single owner. Do not share your account with others, as it may compromise privacy and security.

1.13 Respect Intellectual Property:

Do not post images or private messages from other users without their consent. Do not share copyrighted or trademarked materials belonging to others.

1.14 Honesty and Integrity:

Do not misuse Coffee or Tea, spread false or misleading information, spam harmful links or unsolicited content, create multiple accounts, manipulate or deceive users into sending money, or submit false reports. Third-party apps or methods to unlock features or manipulate the system are not allowed.

1.15 Account Handling:

To maintain an active presence on Coffee or Tea, log in periodically. User accounts may also be deleted at will at any time by the admins for violation of any of Terms and Conditions or any other reason which you may or may not be informed of. You can request an explanation by submitting a request at coffeeortea.cc.

We take our Community Guidelines seriously and will take action to enforce them. We may issue warnings, but for severe violations, we may terminate accounts without refunds, especially if the violation extends beyond the platform, impacting other users you met through Coffee or Tea. Your cooperation is vital to maintaining a positive user experience.

Coffee or Tea Payment Policy:

1.1 Payment Terms:

Subscriptions on Coffee or Tea are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. Payment is charged through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account, depending on your device.

1.2 Non-Refundable Payments:

All payments made for Coffee or Tea subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

1.3 Cancellation Process:

You can cancel at any point in time through your respective app store- Google Play store for android users and Apple App store for IOS users. "Coffee or Tea" and Coffeesoft Inc reserves the right to cancel a user's subscription at any point without warning. In the event of such cancellation, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

1.4 Cancellation Deadline:

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations made before the end of the current billing period will prevent the next automatic renewal.

1.5 Automatic Renewal:

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription unless there has been a change in the subscription pricing.

1.6 Failure to Pay:

In the event of a failed payment, your subscription will be suspended until a successful payment is made.
